National Shipping: SWISS POST Economy with signature: CHF 8.50 – SWISS POST Priority with signature: CHF 10.50. Orders over CHF 1000: Free Economy shipping - SWISS POST Priority: CHF 2. 

International Shipping: variable according to the country of destination, the type of shipment (economy, priority) and the volumetric weight.

Yes! As soon as we ship your order you will receive the notification of shipment. The tracking code will be indicated and you can manage the shipment as you prefer.

Jewelry and orders purchased with Installment Payment cannot be returned. Returns are allowed only by following the correct procedure.

Every seller can decide the price of their products. Fancy Lux can suggest a competitive price to increase the chances of selling your item.

Don’t worry, just enter an indicative price. When we’ll receive your request with the images of your product, we’ll contact you and send our price suggestions.

Into our consignment form, you can enter your desired selling price. You’ll see immediately your earn, without our commissions.

Authenticity is our fundamental goal, so we need to have your item in our hands. Also, in case of consignment, we’ll take care of the whole sale process, including authentication, description, creating the product’s pictures for the ad.

All of our shipments are insured. By using our prepaid shipping label, your package will be shipped with priority mail and delivered the next day to our offices in Lugano.

No, because Fancy Lux takes care of the authentication, description and creation of the pictures for each item. For this reason, we need to have the items with us.

Sure, sellers can ask for the return of their items by following the instructions indicated in our Consignment Terms and Conditions. Read our Consignment terms and conditions here.

Sure, your item will be kept safe in our warehouses. For the entire duration of the consignment your item is insured based on the entered selling price.

No, you’ll be the one to decide the selling price or the minimum selling price. You can enter them during the filling of the form or you can contact us for the entire duration of the consignment, if you want to change it.

- Consignment: within 30 days of sale confirmation, payment by bank transfer using the IBAN provided when filling the form.
